Gorgeous roasted shrimp, rich seafood broth, clams and Ling Cod are lean proteins we will accent with the lush flavors of Thailand to create go to dishes for family and friends. These formulas are complex in flavor focusing on the unique techniques of Thai cooking traditions. Come hungry and expecting HEAT and FLAVOR!  Class includes instruction, menu tasting and a glass of wine.

  • Fresh Spring Rolls with Large Roasted Shrimp and Herbed Saffron Aioli 

  • Sour Curry Fish Broth with Clams and Shrimp

  • Coconut Curried Ling Cod grilled in Banana Leaves
